2020 Season

With Covid-19 having us in full lockdown, our 2020 season was interesting – to say the least.  With quarantine happening around March 15th, we were lucky to have all our trees tapped with alot of help!.  However, we wound up doing the rest of the season with no help. 5 large batches. 

It was the most trying season we have ever had, and of course mother nature had a surprise for us… it was also the BEST season we have ever had.   400 taps installed and a yield of 170l.
